Ship Auto Now LLCReviews of shipautonow.com

Such a worst transport service ever. They took $800 more from me after giving me the quote and taking advance. Moreover the driver who brought my car in new york from kansas broke my side window glass. Will never take their service again.

They will not stop contacting me. I inquired about pricing, found a better price, shipped my vehicle TWO WEEKS AGO with another company, it's literally here and I am still receiving daily emails and calls from these people. I have emailed back asking to be removed from their list, I have CALLED and was hung up on, and their unsubscribe button leads nowhere which is ILLEGAL. My spam folder has 28 emails from "Christina Hall" right now, even after deleting about 10 emails from them. It's harassment and I'm sick of it. Don't use this company, they're shady.

They are scammers!! do not ship your car with them.. They will send you a cheap quote and later on once you sign the contract and pay the 200 dollar deposit then they will hike the price. If you try to cancel with them they will threaten to take 200 dollar cancellation charge. This company is a scam.. Totally unprofessional. Worst experience ever!! Please do not ship your car with them!!

This was my first experience with this type of business. My situation was time sensitive and I had no time for the manipulation with fraud, scams, and harassment. This company began with a low price, had me sign a contract, than continued to go up. After, they didn’t pick up my vehicle because they said their tow truck broke down and couldn’t find another. The tow driver that broke down, prior to picking up my vehicle never contacted me. Than, they increased the price $100, than again $200 to pick the vehicle up the next day. They threatened to charge me and block me from all other drivers, if I contacted anyone else. I asked them to remove me from there logbook. I reminded them, of my dilemma and that it was their fault that they couldn’t provide the service promised. I was contacted continually from various numbers and threatened. I had to block my card and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I saved all texts they sent to me with various threats. I was even told that my rating on google wouldn’t matter. SMH, the man laughed at me and told me to take him to court to get my money back. It was the worst experience I ever had.

This is very bad company ( ship auto now llc M.c.# 1378542 )very bad agreement they just told me about the agreement just to pull me in to sign and then they raise the prices $50 when i told him this is not the agreement, he said becuse of the driver and then he change the back contract to $400 and i told him i will pay the $100 deposie when he pick it up he said yes then in sow the change i sign the contract then he a said i have to pay now i told him that our agreement to pay when he pick it up he said read the contract so he told me what i want to hear till i sign the contract and then he turns to monster, and he want me to pay full contract this is bad company and bad people do not recommend them

This company is terrible. We signed a contract for one price and paid a deposit. When the driver didn't show up at the correct date and time, they made us sign a new contract with a new driver for double the price, and did not return our original deposit. When I called to try and get our original deposit back, the supervisor was very rude and yelled at me.

This company is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in My existence on this earth. I had another carrier fall through on picking up car so I said to these guys if they can get it done in My timeframe I would give them the business. They had me sign their contract and we’re going to be two days late to pick up vehicle. When I tried to cancel the guy acted like a punk and called and texted me literally like 30 times throwing contract language at me and taking no accountability for their side of thing. I missed in contract where it says they have 10 days to find a driver, not what we agreed upon or I’d never of signed contract. I finally paid their $200 cancellation fee but I’d warn the world never to use these guys. Guy started using words like (don’t play with me). These guys know their a scam and I Would never trust them with my vehicle.

Terrible company. Worked with Sophia and she lied about the price (they changed it), lied about the date (they came 5 days later), and lied about the payment method! Awful company... do not use!
