Worst experience of my life. They try to do business in US like in Bangladesh. Total scam! Don’t trust their lower quotes. Don’t pay them $200 deposit. You will pay twice finally or lost your deposit. Do not use these guys, avoid them!!!

Last minute, they did not have a driver who cancelled, of course there was another driver who could pick up but it would cost me more. I was stuck so I paid the extra 200. Then the car was not delivered for 3 days after they promised it. Always some excuse. AVOID, never use these scoundrels.

Beware of Auto Ship Now! This company is a scam. They initially quoted me $950 in the agreement, but later listed my shipment for bidding at $1,001 without my approval. When I informed them I was no longer interested, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee. Thankfully, I didn’t pay a deposit, and after reading other customer complaints, I’m glad I didn’t trust them with my money. Avoid this company!

This company will go down to the pit. Upcharging on customers last minute is atrocious and deceptive business practice. On the day meant to pick up the vehicle, you call and charge almost double the agreed upon price. This type of business practice, evidenced by still others who have written here, will not stand. I declare that this company will fail in the name of Truth because it has lied, decieved and opressed the very customers it was contracted to help. Across the board you shall fail. Lies never stand.

This was a really unfortunate experience. I signed a contract to ship my truck for $1050. I also agreed to go to as much as $1500 if needed. They told me the best they could do was $2650. They said if I didn't take it i could cancel and they would just keep $200 of my $250 deposit. They only cared about getting my $200, once I refused the $2650 hauling fee they got very nasty and threatened me. I would never use this company.

I contacted my local FBI field office after making an agreement to ship my auto from the east coast. This is a scam, bait and switch company that prey's on the unknowing and misinformed. You do not need to pay any money up front and they will tell you anything just to get a cancellation fee. In my case, they agreed to $675 with pickup the next day. The next day came and I reached out and they, Max and his supervisor tried some tactic that said the price went up to $1,300. Who does business like this? These are broken english, call center characters who need to be held accountable by USA/FBI/Law Enforcement. They messed with the wrong person and I called American Express and the FBI. I only hope this review warns other before falling for their fraudulent scheme. I generally prefer my anonymity but these guys deserve to be called out...
