This company is a scammer. I had herbals shipped from Nigeria and they told me that they needed $165 UDD to release from customs or it would be destroyed within 24 hours. I wired the sender the money in Nigeria and then he paid it. That was 165 USF. I wake up this morning and they said that customs has the agent and the package in custody and the lawyer was involved and wanted more money and are now asking for $253 USD. Here is there email “Our lawyer has reach to a point were the package and the agent will be released.”Qatar customs would never hold a person due to a package. There kept sending me emails for the money. They are truly scammers. Do not use this service. I never received my package that I paid 230 USD to send. They keep trying to get more money from me. I need these herbs for an illness and now my health and wellness is at risk. I ordered the product from Dr.Balogun an herbal doctor in Nigeria. I found out about him on Facebook in a Facebook group and he had testimonials. From start to finish getting this product shipped has been a money trap. Do not use this company. They are not ethical and kept saying that Qatar is the problem. I have had many things shipped to this country over the past 12 years including many health and wellness products. This company is scamming vulnerable people like myself who need an herbal remedy to get healthy. I am devastated that now my health is at risk. Thank you for reading and beware of them.

Omg they are scammers they bug you 500 times a day, the English is broken, they temperament is rude as they are very very pushy. I agreed to let the ship my car but after careful consideration I decided not to because of the reviews once I called to cancel they went through all of my reason why I didn’t want to let them transport my car telling me it was not a good reason!!! Stay far away from them

We were looking to ship a car from North Carolina to Arizona and Christina Hall reached out to give us a quote. Of course they start high but this gal flat out told me nobody would ship out car cheaper, that's not how bidding works. She was not knowledgeable on the process. After we went with another company, she has repeatedly text and emailed asking if we still want the vehicle shipped and offering us a "deal". Well the "deal" was higher than the first quote. I unsubscribed to the emails but they still keep coming. I asked for the texts to stop and they keep coming as well. Based on customer service and this girl alone, we won't use them to ship anything.

This company quotes a low price to leer you in and then raises the price because it claims no carrier is available at the quoted price.

Really terrible company, doesn't take no for an answer, consistently messaging and spamming me, i would never ship my vehicles with michael woods

Ship Auto Now LLc was very aggressive in trying to secure my business. After repeated calls, emails and text they said they could ship my car from Orlando, Fl to my destination in Wisconsin. They knew all the details and said they had a driver who could pickup the car the next day for $700 dollars. They even said that they would confirm with the driver to set an exact time. I agreed to the $700 dollars and the pickup time making all the arrangements with people to be at the pickup site for the driver. Later that day Ship Auto Now called me back and said that the driver could not make it tomorrow but they could make it today but at $1000+. I said no and said that you confirmed with me that you could do it for $700. They are now trying to strong arm me by continual texts and calls at absorbent rates from what they first quoted. Very dishonest company, very misleading, and planning on filing a lawsuit with the Attorney General for deceptive business practices. I would not ever consider using this company and as I have other cars to ship, they have lost out on building a trusting relationship.

Took my money as if they could pick up my car on the day I needed them to and never did it. They told me I had to pay a cancellation fee when they never communicated with me at all of the could even pick it up. Crazy how they require a deposit even if they can’t get the car. They’re scamming.

I PAID FOR A TRANSPORT ON A THURSDAY FOR MY CAR TO BE PICKED UP SATURDAY. I DID THE QUOTE ONLINE FOR 1/18/2025 I TALKED TO THE DISPATCHER HE SAID HE WAS GONE CALL ME BACK HE WAS GONE FIND A DRIVER BUT NEVER CALLED ME BACK.THEN 30 MINUTES LATER THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT DO A QUOTE ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE MONEY.
