They quoted me a price and they could not meet.
They quoted me a price and then at the last minute supposedly could not find a driver. I ended up paying $300 dollars above the quote to ship my vehicle. There is also a cancelation fee.

I signed a contract with them and the day before pickup in late afternoon they contacted me to say that the price had almost doubled. When I pushed back they agreed to "only" what amounted to a 50% increase. When I asked them to provide carrier information they refused, only offering to do a three way call with me, themselves, and the driver (somehow I doubt there was a real driver) and wouldn't provide DOT numbers, information about the drivers insurance or any answer any questions that a reasonable person would want to know. Then when I refused to agree without that info, they had the nerve to say that I was trying to play games with them. Lol. I don't know if they are a complete scam or if they are not doing any work until they get customer to agree to an exorbitant rate, but either way, I have no interest with doing business with a company like this. I'm just glad they revealed their true nature when I was still able to cancel. I can only imagine what might have happened.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. I was quoted $650 to ship my car — a price I agreed to and signed for. But when the time came, no driver was scheduled and I was left in limbo for over a week with zero accountability or real updates. After being strung along and desperate to get my car moved since I needed it for work, I was pressured into paying $1,100 — $450 more than the original quote. Why? Because apparently, no driver would accept the original price. That’s called bait and switch, and it’s exactly how they operate. They lure you in with a low quote, knowing full well they can’t get a driver at that price. Then, when you’re out of options and time, they jack up the rate and hope you cave. It’s manipulative, dishonest, and downright unethical. Do NOT trust this company. Save yourself the stress and money. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I was told the total cost to ship the vehicle was $600 and deposit $150 (which I did deposit) and $450 due at delivery. On the day of pickup, "Emma Jones" tell me the new price is $1300. She said the first price is quote only and being rule about it and said this and that it my fault for signing the contract etc. when I specific asking $600 is everything then I sign for it. I cancel the shipment and she said you have to pay the fee $200 by Vemo etc. Later she said the best she can do is $1150, I said no. This company is a nightmare and appears to be a scam, offering low bids that they change at the last minute. I lost $150 because of this company. BE AWARE and AVOID this company and don't deposit anything until the vehicle is pick up. MC Number: 1378542 Dot Number: 3815343

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the car hauling industry. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable from start to finish. They gave me a quote, promised a pickup date, and then completely disappeared without any proper updates. I had to follow up multiple times, and every time I got a new excuse. The communication was terrible, and they clearly have no respect for timelines or commitments. Not only did they delay the shipment, but they also tried to change the price last minute — after everything was supposedly confirmed. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is exactly what gives this industry a bad name. If you’re looking for reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind — avoid Ship Auto Now LLC at all costs. You’re better off working with a company that actually values your time and business.

I agreed upon a set price for shipment of my vehicle and the company could not meet up with my delivery schedule. After I received my reimbursement, the company engaged in practices that are creating unnecessary stress and confusion. They have significantly increased the bid for your vehicle on the load board, making it difficult for other companies to compete fairly. This approach is not only unprofessional but also creates complications for you as the customer.

This company is unethical. They kept our deposit and did not provide service. They breached the contract by not showing up to pick up the car because “Trump has picked up so many of their drivers that they are short staffed.” Mind you, they never contacted us to let us know that they were unable to ship the car. In lieu of providing services, they kept the deposit claiming we cancelled when in fact they did not show and didn’t even have the decency to give us a heads up in order to reschedule.

Total scam … late for pick up , made me loss on appointment and charge my account with $50.00 , don’t sign any agreements or they will try to charge you $200 if you cancel for them to be late or not showing up to pick up your car .. be careful with this scam
