My van arrived safely to my destination but 2 days before we were told our price was being raised to almost double when we had a signed contract for a certain rate. There was a SEVERE lack of transparency involved and unprofessionalism in the way it was handled. Terrible customer service.

I signed contract to ship my car for $450 gave $150 - THEN it was bait and switch. Four weeks he could not find a driver and suddenly the price went up to $700- $800. Of course they’ve got my $150. It was a terrible negative experience in this company should not be in business.

This outfit is a scam. They suckered me in with a low price, lead me on until it was too late, then jacked the price up by almost 4x. In the weeks leading up to the ship date, I was told multiple times that the price was firm and that I did not need to worry about any changes. Less than 12 hours before shipment, without warning, the original $500 quote suddenly became over $1800. When I told them to kick rocks, they did everything they could to intimidate me into into paying the new price. They lied about the contract I signed, threatened to charge exorbitant cancelation fees, even called me a criminal and threatened to get the police involved. When I called their bluff and told them I'd be happy to see them in court, they finally backed down. Still, I learned a lot about the auto shipping industry. Here's how it works: this company does not actually provide shipping services. In fact, they do not own a single truck or trailer. Instead, they are what's called a broker. They act as a middle man between you and the actual shippers. They put the job details out on the marketplace, and hope that a trucker will accept it. Essentially it's a gamble. Bid too low and no trucker will take the job. At that point, an honest broker would admit to the customer that they made a mistake and let them choose whether to increase their bid or back out. Ship Auto Now LLC is not a honest broker.

I worked with Sophia Johnson and the scheduling was easy. She quoted me a price of $775 with a $150 depsit and the remaining amount due at deliver. However, after that there was no communication which was fine. I didnt worry about it until the day of pickup when I asked what time it would be picked up. She then said that the driver was no longer picking up 2 cars just mine and that the price was now $1700!! I told her that she did not have my permission to pickup the truck as I signed a contract for $775 not $1700. They try to get you to sign another contract with the different amount. She kept telling me no worries, and no big deal. That is a huge difference so of course its a big deal. Finally after hours of crap I agree to a price if $1050 being that I needed that vehicle here. The driver then calls me that day that he was on his way to get my truck and asked if we would be there in 3 hours. Let him know that was good. Then I have 2 drivers calling me that they are both there. They booked multiple drivers and didnt inform them. I then spent hours trying to figure out who was the right driver to pickup my truck. I didnt want the wrong expensive driver to get it and I get stuck paying the higher amount. I speak to Sophia and basically kept getting told no worries just call the driver. I called several people trying to figure it all out. Why pay someone if you have to do all the work. Finally find out who the driver is and get that squared away. Then the driver and his dispatch were amazing they kept in cotact and made it to me a day earlier. It was delivered and she text me asking for a review. I was working and couldnt reply then kept getting "?????" question marks. I wasnt going to leave a review because it wasnt going to be good. But being that shes hounding for a review here it is. For your sanity STAY AWAY! Use anyone else.

(BAIT AND SWITCH )RUN I had been getting emails and calls up until I signed the contract. I signed the contract on august 18 2025. I received a call from Max, stating that he needed my credit card information. Because there is a $150 reservation fee. He took my credit card information and assured me that my vehicle will be picked up by Friday, August. The 8.22.2025 .I called every day up until Friday to get the confirmation number of the driver and information on whether my vehicle was exactly being picked up on Friday. I was assured Wednesday and Thursday that my vehicle would be picked up on Friday. Well, fast forward to thursday, august 21.25. I call Max asking for the confirmation number and the driver once again. And he assured me, it will be picked up on Friday 5pm to 7pm. No worries. Friday comes 8.22.25. I call no response Max calls back and says we are still trying to locate a driver, 5pm to 7pm. I call it 545. And I ask Max, Max, where's the confirmation number? Is the driver coming? He said, yes, we're still trying to locate a driver. But they should be there between 5pm and 7pm. Well 8p m rolls around, and I text him, and he goes, well, ma'am, we're still trying to locate a driver. Um, he can't leave his location because he doesn't have enough vehicles on his truck to leave. However, we can do on saturday, same pick up time. Well here we are at saturday 8.23.25. I call in the morning in a text. So he texts back and says, man, we are still working on it. So430pm i send him a text and said cancel. I'm no longer interested.He tells me well, you know, there is a 200 cancellation fee. I said you breached the contract. You assured me that someone would be there yesterday and today and no one has showed up.No one has contacted me.And you don't even have a driver information, and you're saying, because you keep telling me you're still working on it.So please cancel. Then all of a sudden he has a driver. He located that can do the job for$2400. I asked him had he lost his mind. He says the driver that's not his normal route, but he could send me the driver's information. And he could do the price then for 2000. I stated once again to cancel not interested. He said, but I will have to charge you. I stated, no I have in writing. Where you breached the contract because you stated it will be there on Friday. Then he goes, those are just estimates. Well, then if it was an estimate, you should not have guaranteed me. Pick up on thursday, friday and then ask me again friday.Can it be today same time. So I told him I have all of that in writing, so if I was to take him to court, he would lose, because he breached the contract, and it's all in writing. That's when he finally said, okay, I will cancel. Then fast forward to 8.25.25 I find another company to do it. They said until ship auto takes off board they can't help me. I text Max he says remove my negative review because he said we have 2 many. I said no so he STATED HE would not take off national truck board. So I removed he took off board. So know that my vehicle is shipped by a great company. I AM reposting. DON'T USE. (BAIT AND SWITCH. )

Justin promised me that the price he quoted me would be the price I would pay. I trusted he was telling the truth. The morning it was supposed to be picked up he claimed the driver got in an accident and that he would find me a different driver which he did at more than double the cost. The price went from $400.00 to $875.00. If they don't want reviews like this, they should honor their original bid.

HORRIBLE COMPANY/SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! After receiving several quotes, I signed a contract to transport my vehicle from IL to NV at a price of $750. I spoke with an Indian man with a heavy accent named "Bob" (probably a fake name). The day before they were supposed to pick up my car, they changed the price to $1300. I did not agree and they did not pick up my car. They took my $250 deposit, breached the contract, and blame me for getting quotes from other companies. Thankfully, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company, and they credited the amount back to my account. These people are scammers!
