This company is a fraud. They give you a low price and change the price. They say they can do a job and can’t. They don’t even start anything till 2 days later but charge you the initial fee. They get very angry when you they don’t do anything and you ask for your money back. Don’t use these people they are frauds!

Do not do business with this clown show of a company..threw out low price only to almost triple it to get vehicle picked up...then threatened to hold vehicle in storage until paying cancelation fee...unbelievablly poor business procedures...read the pattern with BBB and it will confirm my exact description of what occured

SCAMMERS!!!! They try to get your card information first!!!! Then they charge you twice more than in the original agreement! On the phone try to be nice, but when you refuse pay more than in the agreement the manager becomes furious! 😡 NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

I ordered a transport they originally charged me 750.00 then the day they were going to pick up my car, they had mechanical problems and said they were going to get a new driver and the price increased to 1450.00 now that I do not want this company picking up my car they want to charge me a cancellation fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, or Sophia Johnson!!

SCAM. ShipAutoNow first quoted $550, then $800, then $1050, and finally $1530 to ship my vehicle. Nothing about the transport of my vehicle changed, they just kept claiming they were struggling to find a driver. On 20.Mar.24, I signed a contract with ShipAutoNow for the $1530 and agreed to paid deposit of $330. After a few days of delay, ShipAutoNow claimed my vehicle was picked up and would be delivered within 2 days. Then it gets weird. I start getting text messages claiming I need to pay the $1200 balance via a cashapp (Venmo, paypal, etc), despite the contract stating cash on delivery. The messages escalated to "... pay me now, or you will never find your truck...". I continually reply and reiterate the contract is cash on delivery, and the messages continue to escalate the threat to the final message, which was a voice mail telling me "F$#& you". ShipAutoNow now claims Central Dispatch (a transport clearing house) assigned another broker (Turbo Freight) who was responsible for the transport of my vehicle. Neither Turbo Freight nor Central Dispatch have any record of a contract with ShipAutoNow for my shipment. Ultimately, I had a friend pickup my vehicle and deliver. The company refuses to refund my $330 deposit, and claims they themselves were victims of a scam by others (Turbo Freight and/or Central Dispatch). There are so many levels to ShipAutoNow's scam (fake sub-contracts, fake phone numbers) it's impressive the level of complexity ShipAutoNow has amassed to protect their scam.

I spoke with this company to ship a car. They told me the price and it wouldn’t change,the day that they’re coming to pick up the car. They send me an email saying it’s now $1000 that I’m gonna owe the driver. I will never recommend this company. It is a scam.

This company is a SCAM! I have been promised a pick up and transport of my car for 3 consecutive days and all I get us some Russian dude telling me that someone will call me. They took a deposit and are now confused about where the driver is and keep telling me they picked up my vehicle. The worst customer service in the industry. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
