Update: They really do care... Was able to get my issue solved and seem to be a technical issue on their side with some printers. Im glad they were able to resolve my issue and make my customers happy. Poor support and the product quality is lacking. Been using them since the beginning and decided to discontinue selling with them due to many issues with the product quality and awful support. Their process with the product mockups and production dont match and its not the first time i received inferior products for my customers. Any thing brightly colored for a necklace you can forget about it, their printing technique either cant handle it or they dont mind send crap to your customer. The mockups look beautiful but in reality what your customer receives is a very different product. I have been in ecom for almost 10 years so i know the importance of a matching product photo and to what is received by the customer. Funny how they moderate their facebook group and not allow posts to be published when there is an issue but when someone has a great feedback they allow that to be published right away. I would not recommend this company for print on demand their are many other jewelry POD companies that care about their sellers. This is not one of them.
