Product picture is deceiving!!!
The product in the picture looked better than the item that was received. Not worth $60 that was paid for the necklace.

After receiving my purchase
This is my first experience shopping with ShineOn. When my purchase was received, I was concerned that it might not be the perfect gift item. I asked about the return policy and received incorrect information from the "Chat" responder. However, this was immediately and satisfactorily corrected in a personal response from the company. The attention and excellent customer service will ensure that I will shop at ShineOn again. Thanks. Judy
