ShineOn: Print On DemandReviews of shineon.com

It is beautiful, and the girlfriend absolutely loved it. Unfortunately a couple hours into wearing it, the latch broke on it. I emailed customer service and they sent out another one without having to return the original one. My girlfriend doesn’t take it off she loves it so much. Thank you guys for taking care of us. Would gladly recommend and purchase from again.

When I ordered the first necklace from here, it came quick & in the time that was said it would. When the necklace arrived, my wife loved it. The ONLY problem we had with it was the clasp wasn't fully closing so the necklace would fall off. I sent a picture of it in an email. They were sad to see that has happened & very quickly sent me a new one at NO extra cost to me. The new necklace arrived in the mail 2 days ago. I am VERY pleased with this company. I would absolutely order from here again. Thank you for lovely necklace & the amazing help to replace it.

I didnt recieve the order and contacted you guys but no reply Should file for a lawsuit

After recieving a faulty product I was offered a full refund or a new product. I chose refund, and had the money back in my account within days. Only minus is that it took a while to get a hold of customer service, but when they did reply it all went smooth without any problems. (This review has been edited from a 1 star review.)

When I first received the necklace the clasp was broke. I sent an email and they immediately responded and said they would send a new one out no need to send the old one back so I was completely satisfied
