I am sorry for my being so slow in…
I am sorry for my being so slow in responding. 😳 I was thrilled to receive these little birds. I gave one to my former pastor and kept one for myself. The pastor and his wife love it so much that they hang it above their fireplace. I placed one above my chair where I can rest in my family room. Thank you so much for these little cute birds! 💝

Excellent Quality and Service. communication which was great…
Excellent communication which was great as I'm all the way down under in Aus. My package arrived and I just love my quilt and matching lap blanket . Excellent quality and very well made. A lovely new look for my bedroom . I would definitely consider buying again if our dollar gets better . Cost me a fortune with the low exchange rate !

Something was missing easy to reach costumer support
Something in my order was missing. It was easy to reach the customer service, very plaisant and polite person. She quickly resolve the situation and I received the missing quilt. Both quilt ordered are beautiful, bright colors, good quality material and finition. Very happy I will reorder again!

Buyer beware
I received an email this morning that my order had been shipped, but due to "delays" it would not arrive for another 30 days (estimated). I have contacted "Customer Service" by chat, email, and phone to discuss this delay. I really don't expect to hear back, because I think I made a huge mistake in trusting this seller. Communication has seemed weird in that the chat seems to go nowhere and the phone is answered without a company or personal name, and it goes straight to voice mail. Beware of this seller. I will leave a positive review if I get some answers. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
