I was shopping for my Pre-menstral daughter. I sent a long email asking questions before I purchased. They responded quickly and it felt like a real person who read it and truly cared. When I finally placed my order and it was the wrong size, my return (of a very intimate item) was quick and without issue. Great Company!

I like them but don’t love them. I had leaks at the gym. I didn’t find any pair could hold 1 tampon’s worth. The lace trim hat comes on some pairs is too delicate and snags on everything. The look isn’t very nice with snagged lace. I will use what I have got but probably not order any more since they only work alone on 1st or last day of my period.

Very happy with the product. Comfortable, washable, does not leak, beautiful. Recommended. Tips: order one size bigger than you think you need THINX are small.
