This is period underwear that works quite well. Products arrive quickly and are good quality. Only problem is the high price. For this reason I give 4 stars, not 5.

I actually asked for a refund because the panties I ordered were not comfortable material. I'm going back to my cotton granny panties and tampons/pantiliners. But, I'm giving this four stars because they gave me a full refund no questions asked. That is customer service!

Great undies! I bought 3 undies that are 2 tampons worth, and they do what they say. No leaks. My period is medium heavy. The service is good, I asked by email which undies were best for a slim person with a curvy, soft butt.. and they replied quickly suggesting 2 types. I have to say the shorts are a bit annoying for me on my thighs, blocking the circulation a little bit. But this is just me.. a lot of underwear annoys me. After use, they are easy to rinse and then put in the washingmachine. Last thing: I live in Italy and therefore I had to pay 20 euros on top of the shipping costs, when the package arrived.. because of the trading taxes. So I will probably buy from another brand in Europe next time.

These are comfortable & cute and do not at all feel like a diaper (which pads totally do). I will say that as someone who recently got a copper IUD, these aren't reliable in terms of catching all of my flow (I've had nightly leaks), but I have 7 different pairs, and I love wearing them in addition to a menstrual cup, and by themselves on spotting days. It's just peace of mind, and the high waisted ones are so dang adorable. I love wearing them around the house.

Thinx products are great, comfortable and work perfectly. The only reason I'm not 100% satisfied is I REALLY wish the absorbant area went further up in the front part. To someone who often sleeps on their belly, having a larger absorbant area would mean I could wear Thinx underwear during heavy-flow nights as well; at the moment I really can't, not without bleeding on my bed linen.

I'd love to give them the full 5 stars, but.. I ordered from Switzerland and was okay with the shipping payment and everything. But when I got the package I had to pay an additional 30CHF (=30USD) fee. That's nearly a fifth worth of what I payed for the underwear.. I mean if you order from abroad it makes sense that you have to pay something but I think it needs to be communicated when you order something.

Overall I've been happy with the products and experienced great customer service. I bought, over time, 7 pairs of hiphuggers (plus one pair of the sport style that didn't work for me). The lace on a few pairs has started to snag and unravel. Not good for such expensive underwear. They have since changed the design but I think knowing this was a common flaw, there should be some type of refund or promo code for customers like me that invested in the previous style that didn't last. (I've probably worn each pair 3-5 times each and I always wash on delicate, line dry, etc.)

Order fulfillment went smoothly. It took a bit long for international shipping. Products are good that I ordered more.
