Shernbao USAReviews of shernbaousa.com

We own a grooming salon in North Alabama. We have been using Shernbao products for a couple of years now. We have been very pleased with every aspect of doing business with Shernbao. We have several Shernbao dryers that we use daily in our busy grooming salon, four Shernbao electric tables, Shernbao brushes, combs and clippers/blades. Anytime I have had an issue, the guys at Shernbao have gone over and above to address the problem and make things right. We met them in person at the Las Vegas Superzoo Convention and they were so nice and helpful and now they remember me by name! I couldn’t ask for better products or customer Service! They have a USA based office in California. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I love these dryers! I own a small grooming shop and I’ve used a K9 II for years. I recently hired a new groomer and needed another dryer. I red the reviews and loved the fact that other said it was powerful and quiet. I bought the Hurricane and loved it so much I bought the Typhoon dual to replace my K9. Best decision ever.

The last dryer I bought was strong and low noise, but this new one I bought it very noisy and have this wheezing sound. Not good for the dog's ears and our ears

Your company has excellent customer service people! I have spoken with both Mario and Alfredo and they were both polite and most helpful and informative. I will continue to recommend your company and it’s products highly! Thank you

An email of order confirmation and delivery estimate would be appreciated. A tracking number when shipped also.

Thanks I am always happy with products you guys have

Great table and the customer service was great too. Lots of communication

I’m mad I didn’t buy this years ago! Amazing! Worth every penny!
