Shipment tracking wasn't accurate, look forever to ship and did not receive my free clipper. Tables are nice quality though.

Our table arrived fine with no dents or scratches but when we used it and it fully extends is crooked by 10 degrees down and the whole z fold is crooked by a 5 degree angle backwards.

my first table come in a wooden crate secured very well.... this one came in a heavy box and had a lot of scratches on table, should have ordered a silver table and not black... not Happy with scratches, the rest of my experience was good.

The table is great but the delivery driver refused to bring the 240 table to my shop door as promised. He dumped it in the parking lot and wanted me to figure out the rest. I reached out to shernbao about it but they seemed less than concerned about it.

I absolutely love my Shernbao dryer. I use it everyday. It's my workhorse. When other groomers in the pro groups I belong to ask advice on dryers similar to this, I always recommend the one I have or a nother Shernbao dryer. The three stars are because for the first time I have had to change the brushes on a dryer myself. I know nothing about it. I asked advice on my grooming sites and no one else seemed to really know how to do it and suggested that I look up videos online or go to the company's website. I had no help from the company. The brushes came without instructions and videos online where generic for similar types of dryers but not this one in particular or this brand in particular. It would be helpful if a company like this with such good products had some videos or directions with pictures or links to videos that could show us how to change such an important component on the dryer, which needs to be changed from time to time. Many groomers just tell me that they send their dryers out to other people to have that done. I don't think it's something you need to spend money having someone else do if you know how to do it yourself.

I purchased this dryer for my daughter's groom shop,it lasted about 7 months then guit working.After looking at it I found out that the circuit board burned out in it. I tried to find a replacement circuit board on there web site but couldn't find one so I sent a email to the company but never got an answer!

Although I really like my dryer I had an issue with the hose, I contact support via phone and was asked to email support a short video of exactly what was going on. I emailed the very next morning. It’s been many months and I have never heard back. There were no replacement parts available at the time via the website so my husband had to “jimmy rig” my dryer hose. I just bought my dryer March 2020. I had a k9 for 15 years and never a hose problem once. To bad about the lack of customer service in your company because your dryers are really nice. Hilary Evans
