The pink, glow in the dark Corral Boots arrived really quick in QLD! Tho, I have to email them after 2 days with update.

Delivered within 4 days from US to NL taxes and everything included and free shipping. All went very smooth. Website could be more user friendly though, a lot of out of stock products are displayed as in stock.

I don't understand the low star reviews....I was astounded by how much they helped me... Gave me 60 full days to see if I liked my boots, decided to return for a refund for another pair and it was the easiest process ever. If anyone has tried to return a digital product like a video game...you know what I'm talking about. It doesn't matter it's 2 different entities. I received the product for up too 2 months and they took it back. I can't even return a video game after 5 min of playtime if I started the game...they are a truly good company don't let the reviews fool you!

Living across the pacific you are weary when buying online. The website is very easy to navigate, delivery prompt. The items ordered were good quality. Shirts and jeans excellent fit.

Ordered an Idyllwind bag on the 7th of April. I don't know how they did it but it arrived to the UK and delivered on the 9th of April! Really smooth process from start to finish, with prompt order confirmation and tracking number. Packaging was excellent for its trip overseas and the bag itself is amazing! I've just put an order in for 2 pairs of cowboy boots so we'll see if they have the same excellent super fast service! :)

I have been looking for a pair of western work boots for a long time now but couldn't find any small enough for me (UK3)- I was so happy to find that Sheplers stock steel toe in a US5.5!! ordered my boots and they arrived just a few days after! fantastic service!

Sheplers and Boot Barn have been FANTASTIC to work with. Ordered 3 pair of boots from Boot Barn online. Picked them up and tried them on, they were too big. I took them back to Boot Barn and they were very easy to work with to return them. Not the first bit of hassle. I tried on many boots in the store and then purchased a pair. After a few days I went back online to Boot Barn but could not find the Laredo boots I wanted so I ended up at Sheplers website. They had different brands than their sister store Boot Barn. Sheplers had many Laredo boots and they said if I didn't like them to take back to Boot Barn. I ended up ordering 4 pair of boots at Sheplers. They shipped very fast and the selection was great. Sheplers had the Laredo brand in many styles and they made the purchase very easy.
