I thought I got ripped off they just took 3 weeks to post and didn't answer my 2 emails. Brought to pairs of boots spent $700 and 3 weeks later after the shipping label was created they have yet to be posted. I have emailed twice and no reply. I thought I was spammed but, thankfully they arrived and the products were good.

I purchased 3 items from Sheplers for the first time in November 2021. They arrived quickly and in good condition, but the sizing of a pair of jeans was wildly inaccurately. I'm a firm size 29, but purchased a size 30 to be on the safe side. It arrived and I couldn't even get them pulled up over my legs. The size 30 fit like I was trying on a size 25. I couldn't exchange them because I have no idea what size I would wear here. They charge a $10 return fee and you can't get the online system to recognize your order number to start the process. I phoned, but got caught in a 5 minute loop not allowing me to speak to anyone. I called back 3 times to get to a person. It seems as though they think they are being smart by pretending to take returns, but lacking a system that works for the process. I guess they don't realize that they lose any potential future business from new customers. Stepping over dollars to pick up nickels.

Their Products are wonderful, but the way the do financial transaction is unacceptable. I always like paying through paypal cause i feel secure with transferring my money and receiving it back with no problems. However, with this company i had to use my direct card and i found myself in a ditch with them doing 2 financial transaction with my bank and having a problem to receive the use of my money. Please stick with one transaction and everything will be smooth.
