It seemed i accidently applied for a PASS subscription without realizing it .Im a regular user so I asked for refund and was granted one right away.The help desk was ...fantastic! Honestly I did not expect the great service and or a refund..I highly recommend Sheet Music Direct i have never neen disappointed with any of the music I have requested.Thank you very much

I've used this app and had a PASS subscription for several years now, and I'm very happy with it. I'm a voice teacher and I'm always looking for sheet music. I love that I have access to a huge library of digital music. Most of which, I can change the key and use for my lessons. I can also hit play and it will play the piece for me. Occasionally I'll discover they don't have a song, but most everything I look for, I find. It's also a pretty inexpensive subscription and I get huge discounts on downloaded sheet music. Customer service is amazing too!

Une entreprise qui devrait avoir honte de ses méthodes commerciales. Je suis tombé dans le piège de leur abonnement caché après avoir simplement voulu acheter une partition. Comme de très nombreux clients avant moi, je me suis retrouvé avec un abonnement que je n’avais pas l’intention de souscrire. Quand on voit le nombre d’avis signalant exactement le même problème depuis des années, il devient difficile de croire qu’il s’agit d’une simple erreur ou d’un manque de clarté accidentel. Le plus révoltant est la réponse systématique de l’entreprise : « Nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée. » Non, vous n’êtes pas désolés. Si vous l’étiez réellement, vous auriez modifié votre processus de vente depuis longtemps. Or les mêmes plaintes continuent de s’accumuler année après année. Faire de l’argent grâce à des abonnements que de nombreux clients découvrent après coup est une pratique profondément malhonnête. Cette société profite de la confiance de musiciens qui souhaitent simplement acheter une partition et se retrouvent à devoir surveiller leurs relevés bancaires. Je trouve ces méthodes honteuses et irrespectueuses envers les musiciens. Il est incompréhensible qu’un site aussi critiqué pour les mêmes raisons continue à fonctionner de cette manière. Je déconseille fortement Sheet Music Direct à toute personne souhaitant acheter des partitions en ligne.

Sheetmusicdirect and sheetmusicplus have been taking money from me. The sites deliberately look similar . I have a monthly subscription with one and annual with the other. I have no emailed both companies to cancel everything. Shocking. Hal Leaonard own both.

I got my music but they signed me up for some subscription that I didn't sign up for and they took an extra £19.98 from me.REFUND ME NOWWWW.

I have used sheet music direct a few times but somehow on my last purchase I put my email in incorrectly. (Old lady brain). And had to contact the support team to sort this out. Jackie was wonderful, she combined the purchase from my incorrect email to my orders on my correct email so I could download my pdf sheet music. I love also that you have the ability to transpose the music into a different key. Wonderful! Will be using them again.

These people are thieves. Refund my money. I never knew you existed till you stole money from my account. RETURN MY MONEY!!!
