Wow. They've been charging me $9.99 a month for 6 months, and NEVER EVER ONCE sent a notification that they were charging my account. I don't recall EVER signing up for any subscription. If I did it was very dubiously created. The charges go straight to my cc. It's true that I should have been checking, which is on me. I'm now seeing alll these charges because their system is so strange to use that you buy the first one in the wrong key. Now, when I try to find their site, the default is set to German. It took a search just to find English. I had to do FAQ's to find out how to cancel. If you want to go to 'PASS Subscription, click that and then cancel. They will throw 3-4 pop ups to make it harder for you to cancel. You can use other companies If you do use them, make sure you have the right key, &watch your account like a hawk.

Bande de voleurs ! De plus les échanges par mail sont en anglais . J’ai du bloquer ma carte bancaire . Finalement j’ai été remboursée mais je ne vous recommande pas ce site .

SheetmusicDirect is a great resource for arrangements for our various string ensembles, reasonably priced and general good arrangements. Also when I have had an issue, customer service is quick to respond and offer a satisfactory solution.

Contacting fraud department at my bank. Sheet music direct are stealing from my bank account monthly. This is fraudulent. Whilst the reviews of the customer service responses seem to suggest emailing them for cancellation and refund, this does not validate the fact the company are taking monthly amounts of money which I have never signed up to! Shocking behaviour.

I purchased some sheet music and the company signed me up for a monthly subscription at the same time without my knowing. I only knew from an e-mail they sent shortly afterwards. When I went online to cancel the subscription I had to log in (even though I hadn't created an account with them) and then locate the right options to cancel. It wasn't straightforward. I also looked in my order history and there is NO record of my ever having agreed to purchase a monthly subscription. I even had to hunt on the website to find out how much they charge for this Pass subscription. This degree of deception must be intentional on their part.

On appelle plus communément cela de l'arnaque ! Vous payez (même si c'est un petit prix mais pas loin de 4 euros quand même !)pour une seule page de partition alors que la chanson fait quasiment 10 minutes !!

These guys SNEAKILY sign you up to a monthly subscription. Be very cautious!! I'm extremely disappointed with dishonest companies who do this. Will never use them again!!
