This was the best trip of my 73 year old life. It exceeded all of my expectations which is phenomenal considering I had the highest of expectations. The staff was wonderful. I had two emergencies during the trip and received great support from Sheenco and the Merrion Hotel in Dublin. The hotels were first class. Our driver, Paddy Noonan was wonderful. Skilled and knowledgable. A very a kind human being.I would be honored to be his friend.

I’m not sure there is only one word to describe how happy we are with Sheenco Travel. Ireland was our dream vacation. Sheenco Travel went above and beyond our expectations. Everyday was better and better, culminating with our stay at Ashford Castle. You expect to have glitches when you travel. There wasn’t one. We were greeted like royalty at every hotel, especially at Ashford Castle. We looked forward to every morning as we knew it was going to be an exciting adventure. I’m not what you would call an easily pleased person. I can’t say enough how pleased I was with the service before, during and after our trip. It was a though your best friend, who lives in Ireland, planed your dream trip for you. I truly believe if you don’t use Sheenco Travel, you will be missing out on a spectacular Ireland experience.

Just returned from an 11-day trip to England and Wales with seven other ladies. This is my third castle tour trip with Sheenco and I have never been disappointed. Most of all, I would like to say how outstanding and professional our driver, Stuart Ferguson was throughout the trip. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. This was the second time I have travelled with Stuart; last year to Scotland being the first. Thank you all once again.

We are two couples and just completed a 12 day visit to Scotland. Sheenco worked with us to develop an outstanding plan. We wanted high quality accommodations and dining, and “off the beaten path” experiences. We got both! Moreover, they helped us with last minute revisions when a new grandbaby arrived early. And dropped what they were doing when weather cancelled a boat tour, helping us line up alternate options. These folks are the best at what they do, and we recommend them without hesitation. They exceeded our expectations.

Sheenco Travel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. My husband and I had a grand time in Scotland. All our transport—cars, ferries, trains—happened without a single hitch. The accommodations were as advertised, lovely, comfortable, with impeccable service. Most of all our guide, Gerry Toner, was exceptionable. It was like traveling with an old friend who knew all the cool places to visit. Sheenco Travel took care of all the little details that make the difference between a great trip and a travel nightmare. These guys do it right!

Four years ago 17 family members and I had this spectacular Ireland vacation, which was put together by Genevieve and her amazing team. When I was asked to arrange a Scotland getaway for 10, Sheenco Travel was at the top of my list. Arranging a group tour is extremely stressful and difficult when expectations are high and different budgets need to be considered. I researched three companies but Genevieve came through AGAIN. Her quick replies to emails, personal calls, rearranging the itinerary and hotel suggestions to lower the cost but not affect the experience, was truly unbelievable. All worries were being looked after and I was completely comfortable knowing that Sheenco Travel was there for us. The private driver, large van, customize itinerary, and wonderful accommodations were perfect in every way. This review could not be complete without a huge thank you and a ton of appreciation to our driver Gary Arthurs ( ctc-Creative Travel Connections). Two weeks with ten enthusiastic, vocal and, at times, loud Canadians can probably have you questioning your job choice, but Gary was always there for us. Changing the itinerary to accommodate two extra days to visit the McBeath and McNab former grounds, while still viewing all of our original wishes, was beyond our expectations. Applecross was an adventure on its own...Gary handled the roads like a super star and Killin was absolutely beautiful. Allowing our family members the opportunity to look upon there ancestral grounds, walk among their tomb stones and gain knowledge of their past was a blessing...a priceless gift. Gary's knowledge, kindness, quick wit, awesome sense of humour, patience, professionalism and over all Scottish warmth made our trip unforgettable. Great pick Genevieve!! Sheenco Travel worked with me for a year to plan a trip to Scotland with my sister and 5 nieces. This was a trip of a lifetime for all of us and everything was top notch. Transports were on time to pick us up at the airport and at the hotel. Our private tour guide, Maurice McKendrick was the best and I highly recommend him. This adventure that Sheenco Travel helped me to plan included everything we wanted to experience in Scotland. I could never have done this on my own. They thought of everything. They are the best.
