Amazing customer service

Today I purchased two items and then noticed I had an offer of 25% off in an email and I emailed to ask if I could have that applied retroactively and Sheena helped me out today she was beyond polite and applied a credit to my credit card. Great company!

After a mistake on my part, Sheena went above and beyond to make sure that in the end I am finally getting the waist trainer that I'm so excited to try. She has been the best. So sweet! Thank you, Sheena!

Very patient and helped me understand the billing question I had.
