I've been emailing them for ages now and they never get back to me i bought a cami from them but it does nothing for me so I want a refund and they just keep ignoring me

I received one item in the wrong color. I reached out to the customer care and they responded quickly by saying that they will send the right color. Then I realized the size does not fit and wanted to start the return. That’s when the problems begin. It has been a very disappointing experience - it takes too long to simply start the return and they try to persuade you to get a bigger size 50% off (I did not even mention I needed a bigger size!) and they don’t want you to ship anything back. In the support chat, the links they share are broken, they misspell words and even use a different company name (Kewlioo?) alongside Shapessy. Note that there is also a 25% restocking fee, and you pay for the shipping AND they ‘inspect’ the items so you may not get paid back if they decide that the item does not fit their return policy. They also don’t provide the RMA number but just the address to ship back. I suspect they would use that as an excuse not to issue the refund. I will still try to ship the items back and hope for the best but I’d definitely not recommend this Chinese store. The price is good but prepare for no easy returns!

The item I received was larger than other shape wear I've bought. I tried to return even put tracking on the package after reading others reviews about never receiving refunds. She has never reached out after receiving the package. I never received refund and turned this in to my credit card company. It's been 2 months

I am writing because I do not see that my shipment has been sent, and I also do not see that I have received a refund of the money for the second item I canceled.

The bra I ordered was fine when it eventually came, it's the customer service that's a problem. I paid the extra money for the shipping insurance which also assured customers fast delivery. I ordered the bra a week and a half before needing it for a wedding. Deliver was supposed to be 3-5 days and I got it a week and a half after the event. They sent me an email talking about due to Covid delayed shipping blah blah... if you know you can't provide the fast delivery then stop giving the option!!! I read that a few ppl had this issue in other reviews of their products too! But if it's items in the US and the shipping is within the US then why would there be an issue because I know for a fact that the USPS is working. Also, why wouldn't they use FedEx or UPS if this is a trend with the USPS?!?!??! I am cool with the bra and all but the shipping and attitude of the customer service regarding the issue sucks. Everything was handled poorly and the store credit they issue does nothing for me because I am NEVER ordering from them again.

Do NOT order from this website. They will steal your money and when you contact them about never receiving your order they will claim that sense "it has left their facility" there is nothing they can do about it. The tracking number they send out is fake and will say "no data" anytime you try to track the item.

I ordered this product about a month ago and still haven’t received anything from them I’ve reached out several times and haven’t heard anything back Not even a notification that my product was being shipped out nothing back it’s very disappointing and I will continue to leave bad reviews I work in the customer service business and this is the most horrible customer service by farI’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on this company I’m not sure if anyone has been in my situation but please leave a comment and let me know I’m not as mad about losing the money I’m just mad about being lied to and that I should’ve done a little more research on this company before I spent my money
