ShapessyReviews of shapessy.com

Sheena was amazing! She made me feel more secure about shopping with Shapessy.

I called last night and they called me back to see if everything was ok with my order. The one I ordered was small by a little and they gave me a replacement for free just paid shipping. Thank you

Very good customer service!.

Had gotten the wrong size!!! Luckily they were soo helpful in finding a solution. Thank you so much made my day!

Great Custumer Service,Respectful and Professional.💖

The item I received was larger than other shape wear I've bought. I tried to return even put tracking on the package after reading others reviews about never receiving refunds. She has never reached out after receiving the package. I never received refund and turned this in to my credit card company. It's been 2 months

Shena was very helpful and pleasant to speak with, she gathered information without me even asking!

Sheena was great. She was able to locate my order and email me confirmation/shipping info!!
