Horrendous! Don’t be fooled by the “influencers” who get paid their commission. Size 10 fits bottom half but top half there’s no support, straps are pathetic, I don’t have much on the top half and if I did there’s no way they would be contained. Shapely won’t offer any refund or partial refund for defective product. So will be taking this further.

I ordered two items on January 17th. It is now 4th February and despite checking daily my order has not been dispatched. I have contacted the customer service department twice. They did reply after 48 hours to my first email but it was very generic - telling me how to track my order. I paid for the items on 17 January and am about to reclaim from my bank on the basis that this company have no intention of delivering my items and making good their order. Very disappointed.
