Bought an XL and wanted to do a return because too big (as per their policies that states you can!!!) but they say you can't. Tried to size down, but same story, no change. I was not expecting miracles but at least bare minimum (like high wasted tights). Took nearly 1 month to arrive. Only plus is the hook closing in the bodysuit. I am editing my review as shapely’s team has reached out to apologise and explain what happened to my orders. I do still believe they should review they’re return policies. And still suggest to size down( even 2 sizes like in my case) to get some results.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. The fabric is SO flimsy. No support. And the fit is VERY short. Don’t get suckered by the online marketing hype.

I ordered two of the body suits when they were on offer, they arrived in cheap non branded packaging, no labels, the bodysuits themselves are poor quality I'm afraid to say which I'd have expected from somewhere like Shein but not when I'm paying £40! I tried to return these and it actually turns out you cannot return them...even when only one bodysuit was opened and tried on. Another instagram hyped up company with bad online selling practices and poor quality items, I learnt my lesson so please save your money.

I'm a size 20. I'm not bigger than that or just saying that I am. I have several clothes of that size. I wanted a size 20-22 as I have big boobs but they recommend you size down and I did. I couldn't even get it past my thighs or shoulders and it's non refundable for hygiene reasons when they could easily mitigate that with the plastic protector like other brands do. also they don't seal packaging so if you bought two of the same size you can't prove you've not tried it as packaging is a zip. this company thrives off seductive advertising, pretending you get a good deal so you buy sale/offer items that are also nonrefundable. their ethos is disingenuous and is probably best suited for people of a small frame or already have an hourglass figure. the stretch is so limiting. it's not like other brands which look tiny out the box but are more forgiving than they seem. I'm doubtful they are making profit because their product is actually good and does what it says. really sucks I've wasted £32. will try to sell but don't know if anyone will buy.

I'm a size 14. I ordered 2 bodysuits one black and the other black lace, both size large. The lace looked nothing like the pictures and definitely not a large. My size 6 friend said it just fit her. I also ordered 2 jackets and the sizing was completely wrong. I wouldn't say my chest was big but a large didn't budge over them at all. The only thing that fit was the plain black bodysuit but I think the cheap ones off amazon are better quality. Don't waste your money.
