I placed an order on January 30th. Never received the order. Was told February 19th that I would receive a refund its now April 19th and I still haven't received a refund after being told again on April 7th that it would be processed and in my bank within 5 to 10 business days today being the 10th. Terrible customer service and that's when you actually manage to get a reply from them months of emails gone un answered. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. A refund was eventually received 25/04/2024 which is 12 weeks after original purchase and 10 weeks after originally being told I would receive a refund absolutely shocking customer service.

In response to Shapely’s reply- I have emailed you, several times. You don’t reply. Ever. I have now sold them on Vinted at a loss to me because it’s mighty clear that you are scammers and have no intention on helping. Your website states easy returns. That is a lie. You say you cannot refund a return for hygiene reasons, one item was not even opened let alone tried on. I provided proof of that. What do you intended to do with the items people have returned? Nothing, because we cannot get that far in the returns process. Scam. If I could offer 0 stars I would. Awful products that do not fit. I used their sizing guide . I’m a 12 and ordered a medium. It offers no support or shaping whatsoever, the straps are literally pointless and offer no support to my average sized girls and the material is nasty and the label inside is akin to a market stall. I bought two one the 2-1 deal and feel like I’ve been scammed as they refuse to refund either despite me only opening one package. Nasty nasty don’t believe the online videos for the “wonder product”. It’s not.

Does absolutely nothing. Waste of money. Delivery take ages too.

Misleading.. ordered 2 x and the fit and quality is poor. Have emailed them 5 x time for info on returning and also spent 1.5 hrs waiting for a reply using their chat bot... Help.. the 14 days is now down to 12 with only a few days left. STILL NOTHING FROM SHAPELY - in reply to your comment. I followed it up.. but silence.

I ordered on 4th April and bought 2 bodysuits using their buy one get one free. I paid extra for their premium priority shipping. I accidentally ordered one of the bodysuits in the wrong size and immediately tried to contact customer services. Their live chat function says they typically reply within a few minutes but it took 2 days to get a reply, by that time the order had dispatched so I was unable to amend the order. I have tried to contact customer services twice since ordering using the live chat and I never received a response within a few minutes. If I did receive a reply it took a few days. I'm very confused by the 5 star reviews stating that customer service was quick to respond as this was not my experience at all. I got very worried waiting for the items due to all the bad reviews and seeing that Shapely do not offer cash refunds. I used the Shop app to track the delivery and spent over a week watching my order not move from a warehouse in Shenzhen, China. The order arrived today, 16th April, so within the 7-14 day estimate that Shapely provided. I don't recommend the priority shipping as it doesn't actually speed up the delivery process, just the dispatch process. The bodysuits themselves are quite good, the one I ordered 1 size down in particular does a good job of smoothing down my wobbly bits. The products are good, it's just a shame that the customer service, delivery time and company refund policy let down the customer. Luckily I don't intend on returning my items but if I did, I would in for an uphill struggle. Sorry for the essay but I've had a very up and down (more down then up really) experience.

Love these body suits. So comfortable I can wear them all day. Feel confident and comfortable all day. My clothes fit be better and I have been telling all my friends. Can't recommend highly enough. Also a pleasure dealing with customer support. 100% excellent all round.

Ordered 2 for 1 body suits 29th March. Arrived today. They're 'ok'. Would I have paid £39 for them? No way. I used their sizing and ordered a medium. Baggy on the bum, baggy in the curve of my back. Shoulder straps at their tightest still slack. The sides of the hook and eyes gusset is stiff and I can see it chaffing over longer wear. Doest support boobies as it says it does, so will still need a bra. I had thought about returning them but having read the reviews in here and all the issues with doing so, I'm just going to chalk it up to experience and lesson learnt. In future I'll stick to branded shape wear.

I saw an advert on YouTube and that they were doing a buy one get one free , have brought other products that are meant to flatten your stomach so thought I would give these a try and got 2 Body shapers in large. They came today and work so much better than the other products, can get into a pair of zipped trousers that I can't with the other products so I will highly recommending this company's products to anyone who wants to buy.
