The advice saying to size down is very wrong for larger ladies. I'm between a UK 26 and 28 and a 3xl is this exact size and what I got. The body isn't long enough and comes too low so you would have to wear a bra. It also seems to push the fat all to the front. It's not comfortable but doesn't feel as restrictive as other shapewear. All in all it does smooth out your shape and looks good under a dress.

Been trying to return for months. Exact same product as my TikTok shop ones that cost me £11 for 2. Finally got an email about returning after a whole month. I’ve returned them the very start of April with recorded delivery and STILL no contact from them, no refund, no replies to my emails. Nothing. Do not buy.

Not what I ordered. I ordered BBL shorts and they look like they've been made by a child.

Been waiting 5 days for someone to get back to me with instructions on how to return the items I bought, the address to send them back to and the free postage label. Says you have 14 days from Delivery to send items back. I contacted customer services straight away and every day since and if I get a reply it is a generic reply with no information on where and how to send the items back.

Do not order from these. Ordered large and too big. No refund so sent back for exchange to Medium via tracked mail. Since they have ignored my emails and not sent my replacement. Absolute disgrace. Update. 15.5.24 have already sent you proof of delivery via email using the original order reference and a photo of the good being delivered. My return looks as though it's dumped along with multiple packages!!!!! Look forward to my replacements ASAP. Re-sent as requested as still heard nothing. Absolute disgraceful service.

I ordered 3 shapers. When they arrived they were too big. I contacted customer service and they sent 3 replacements free of charge. The replacements where delivered faster than original. I was very pleased.

DO NOT ORDER ! Basically, once you paid your money is gone ! They wouldn't refund! I ordered S size, didn't fit. I didn't want XS as it could be too small. Asked for refund, which they said they can't, what am I gonna do with the store credit? after exchanging few emails they ghosted me. No reply offering any kind alternative. Reply below says. They have emailed me but I have received no email, it’s not even in junk folder.

Wasn't happy with the product as it didn't do what it said it would do. I enquired about returns and they informed me that they only did store credit/exchange. According to UK online shopping law, you have to offer a refund if the customer tells you they want to cancel in 14 days, and when I quoted this off the gov.uk website I was told they would accept my return and refund it. I sent the products back (tracked post) and was informed by Royal Mail that it had arrived mid April. Since then, I have not been able to get a response from the company, when they had initially replied to emails within the day. No refund has been given.
