Super fast delivery and gorgeous authentic sunglasses!!

I placed an order with ShadesDaddy for a pair of Versace frames. The service is outstanding, accompanied by excellent customer service. The shipping was at lightning speed, being delivered three days prior to actual delivery date. The price was superb, better than any other. The box was well packaged with care and I received a Versace case, card, cleaning cloth and a complimented ShadesDaddy cleaner and cloth. We shall highly recommend ShadesDaddy to everyone. I'm extremely satisfied with their service as well as their quality merchandise. I personally would rate ShadesDaddy far more than five stars. Thank you very much ShadesDaddy and we shall be ordering again in the near future.

I was super doubtful but paid through PayPal so I figured there was a little insurance in case the sunglasses weren’t authentic. They are not fake despite the $89 price tag on my Costa Rinconcito’s. I don’t know how they do it but I am impressed and will be using ShadesDaddy for life. Ordered on a Friday and got them by the next Wednesday. Definitely recommend these folks for anything eyewear related.

Great selection, great prices and great fast shipping. The front end of the experience with Shades Daddy was fantastic. One pair of sunglasses didn't fit, so I was surprised to discover the hoops I had to jump through for a simple return. Submit a request, wait for them to decide if I could return it (!!!) and then call to see status. So if you know your size etc, SD is probably fantastic, but their return approach left a bad taste. UPDATE: I see SD replied to this. There isn’t much to consider - just offer industry standard return policy like basically every other online company does. You’re an outlier here.

I have been searching for a pair of Versace sunglasses for a while now. I have tried on so many. I stumbled across this website and found a pair that kept getting my attention. I went out on a leap of faith and ordered online without seeing them on me first. The shades arrived quickly even though it seemed like forever because I could not wait to try them on. They were packaged so beautifully and authentic. I received all of the fancy Versace pieces such as case etc.. The ONLY problem is that I could tell right away that one of the arms had been over stretched but I loved them so much that I did not want to give them up or go through the hassle of trying to go back and forth with customer service. My husband convinced me that I could not wear them that loose so I decided to give customer service a shot. I dreaded it. What I found was the best customer support experience that I could ask for. A real person picked up on the first ring and quickly explained how we can resolve the issue. No hassle at all. I even had to call back because the price of the shades had increased. Maria refunded me the difference right then. She even stayed on the phone with me while the purchase and refund was complete. I also received emails in a timely manner with customer support. The only thing that could make this a bad experience is if I get another pair of faulty glasses because I am so ready to sport my Versace shades! I will never purchase my fancy shades from any other company if all of this works out. It is so nice to have a company actually stand by their word.

Shades Daddy is legit, offering authentic designer sunglasses. Shipping took about a week and item arrived brand new and authentic with all packaging. Had to return because of a fitment issues but the return was easy enough. I would shop with them again.
