Hello Janice, Thank you for your review. We're sorry about your experience. We really hate disappointing our customers but sometimes it happens that our Warehouses are so busy, they forget to update their inventory in time. So when an order gets to them and it turns out they don't have a certain item in stock, they had to cancel it but we find out about that too late to let our customer know.
