Hello Manfred, Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to maintain our prices as low and customer friendly as possible. However, there are many factors which do not permit us to do so and we can do nothing about it, unfortunately. But we are happy to offer various deals and promotions, as well as personal discounts and reward points which can be applied to future orders. You are welcome to contact us directly at [email protected] for more information. Best regards, Julia Howell

Hello Glen, Thank you for your review, your opinion is important for us. We're sorry that our prices seem high for you. There are certain things our prices depend on and we cannot change them. However, we're always happy to work on personal discounts and send weekly offers, so you are welcome to subscribe to our newsletter. Moreover, if you pay with PayPal, you always get 5% off your order total. Hope this helps. If you have further questions, you are welcome to contact us directly by sending an e-mail to our customer representative. Best regards, Julia Howell
