Dirt B.
Packaging FAIL
No discretion in packaging. Bare bones. A plastic bag. I believe I can speak for everyone when I say we wouldn't mind springing for discretion, including a box. Otherwise, great product, great price, fast delivery. Order #ST100006075

Thank you for providing an order number. Thank you for your review, we appreciate it. We are sorry to learn, though, that you have received your order in a plain plastic bag. It must have been some kind of mistake made by our shipping department. Please note that we always do our best to pack such merchandise as discreetly as possible. We usually ship our order in plain cardboard boxes. Nowhere on the packaging is indicated its content. We understand that the majority of our customers feel very sensitive about this and that is why our main priority is to protect them as much as we can. Could you please provide your order #, so that we could investigate this issue from our end? Thank you for your understanding. We're sorry for the inconveniences caused to you. Best regards, Julia
