The worst customer service ever, I've tried to contact them by WhatsApp and by their emails for months, and no response from their part. How can we resolve with them if we can get a hold of them?! Meaning that they don't care about the customers I'm never buying here, and I will tell you guys to never buy here.

Bought a ring for my daughter the ring went brown very quickly. Contacted them via email they send th e same speel to everyone re their guarantee. Sent all the info they wanted. But no real reply apart from someone will be in touch. When you post on Facebook or Instagram page they block you as they dint want baf reviews. This is still not resolved and I am 60 pound down for a piece of tat. They will reply to this with the same rubbish reply blaming chemicals ect. She is sixteen what so you think she does with chemicals. It's not of sellable quality. Sont be caught out please. Buy from a proper company that take pride in their quality and customer service. This was does not !

Ik heb meerdere keren contact gezocht, het is nu al 2 maanden geleden dat ik mijn ring retour heb gestuurd en ik heb nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Er is al meerdere keren gezegd dat er naar gekeken zou worden maar tevergeefs.. Mijn advies dan ook om hier niet te bestellen. Vreselijke klantenservice. Na mijn vorige review werd ik wel ineens beantwoord. Maar geld terug? Natuurlijk niet.

Er is 0 communicatie. Ik ben al 1 maand aan het wachten op een antwoord over mijn retour. Als ik e-mails stuur mag ik blij zijn met een net niets zeggend e-mailtje. A.U.B. KOOP HIER NIETS OPLICHTERS. Ik geef ze tot 1 juli anders ga ik het op een andere manier regelen.

I have been left waiting for my ring since December of 2024. I received the ring start of 2025 but I needed it resized. I sent it back with a note stating what size I wanted in return. And here we are today with no ring, no notice or confirmation. I notified the company and they replied that it was sent and I never was there to pick up the ring but I wasn’t notified that the ring was sent out or that I wasn’t there to receive it. I then messaged Sevenesy asking for a refund where I now have been left on delivered for the past few days. I DO NOT recommend ordering from here. The company has no regard for customer service and care. I just want the ring refunded now as it will be less hassle for me to get my money back rather than haggle and confront with this company.

Product nooit ontvangen vermoedelijk is het gestolen uit mijn brievenbus. Sevenesy had geen juiste oplossing voor deze situatie en wanneer ik hun erop aansprak negeerden ze mij schaam jullie!
