SevenesyReviews of sevenesy.com

This is the shittest jewelry website i have ever encountered, its been a year since a purchase the ring- got delayed for almost 2 months recevied in January 2025 and after minimal use its cheap and greeny not only that i have also contacted them since 3 months now and nobody tried to fix or tried to get back to me. Such a false advertisement.

Do not buy from those scammers they didnt refund me since more than 5 months and they dont reply they just take your money !!!

⚠️ Avoid this company – 5 months and still no refund! Review : I placed an order on 26 February 2025, but the parcel was returned to Sevenesy on 21 March 2025 because it could not be delivered in Turkey. According to EU consumer law, the company must refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product. However, it has now been more than 5 months and I still have not received my money back. I have contacted Sevenesy many times by email. At first, they replied with promises like “please wait, we will handle it soon”, but for the last two months they completely ignored all my messages. I have clear proof that the parcel was delivered back to them, and all my emails are documented. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They take your money, ignore your messages, and do not issue refunds even when the product is already returned. If Sevenesy does not resolve this immediately, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and report them to consumer protection authorities.

Clients are unable to receive an answer from the Customer Service Team, even via WhatsApp or email. We tried to contact them through their channels, but no response for an urgent matter. Worst Customer Service Ever!!
