My boyfriend ordered me a ring from this company as a Christmas gift and when the ring came, it was visibly way too big. We sent it back, and unfortunately had to pay like $40 for shipping on top of the money he spent on the ring, and the company had completely ghosted us since. We never got an exchange or refund. He and I had sent countless emails to the company and the assistant we had spoken with on returning the ring, and have heard absolutely nothing. It felt like we got scammed. All I wanted for so long was a beautiful ring and Sevenesy completely ruined our experience. Do not order from this company. Their sizing charts and customer service are terrible, please bring your business elsewhere.

I did not receive my package, it was delivered to the wrong address by Fedex. Fedex said the could not retrieve the package and I had to contact Sevenesy to file a claim. So far there are 12 messages that I have sent with no response. And no customer service phone number listed for me to call. I would like a refund of the $21.25 payment that I made. I would also like a response to this email on the steps that you are taking to contact Fedex in ref to the package being delivered to the wrong address.

I placed an order on Sevenesy in January. The order is marked as “delivered” in March, but I never received it. When I contacted the company, they asked me to pay extra shipping to resend the item, which is unacceptable. I have already opened a payment dispute via Papara and expect a full refund immediately. I am sharing this to warn others before ordering.

I am highly disappointed! I order the deluxe ring and asked for 2 day shipping in December. I did not get it on 2 day shipping. Then I asked for a refund and I AM STILL WAITING ON A REFUND on January 5, 2026! I have emailed them multiple times, messaged on IG and no response!

Paid extra for 2 days shipping and it’s been 5-6 days. I still haven’t received it and the tracking hasn’t updated since I placed my order

I ordered a piece of jewelry on Christmas and paid extra for 1–2 day shipping. To this day, I still have not received a tracking number. I emailed customer support and initially received a response blaming holiday delays, but once I asked for proof of shipment or a tracking number, communication completely stopped. Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for express shipping.
