Order from them and then emailed them in reference to a tracking number. Didn't get any response for weeks. Then I went thru my bank and requested a refund since they will not get back to me. My bank did in fact process my refund. I suggest everyone who is trying to get a refund to go thru their banks to process one.

In 2024 besteld en geretourneerd tot op heden geen geld teruggekregen. Veel succes met een emailadres vinden op hun site want dat hebben ze nu ook eraf gehaald. Ik heb nu net hun contact form ingevuld op de website en hoop nu wel echt m’n geld terug te krijgen, dit is diefstal. Business adress in new york zeggen ze, hou op hoor. Gevestigd te Raalte/Amsterdam dat is de volgende plek waar ik een bezoekje breng.

Saw the company on TikTok last year, 108k followers, so promising result. I ordered the deluxe ring, which had gone viral with now over 15 million views. Everything was great recieved the ring a little while later to give to my partner on our holiday for her birthday. The ring looked great. Scroll to late that year December ish I think she told me one of them gems had come out. I was very disappointed with this as the ring hadn't even lasted a year before it had a fault/broken. We are broken up, so I guess it really isn't my issue now, but at the same time, it was a present, and I feel awful. So I contacted them via the website, Instagram, also not one reply from the company. They completely ignored 'If you have any questions or need assistance, please fill out this contact form, and your personal assistant will reply as soon as possible, usually within 24–48 hours' on the website. My now ex-partner has a broken ring which had a warranty, but cannot use it because the company has not replied to any messages.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. My girlfriend had bought me a promise ring for Christmas, unfortunately the ring was too big, when we contacted them about returning the item they responded and provided us with instructions and an address. We sent the ring back (had to pay shipping) the beginning of January. It is now about to be a month and we have since been completely ghosted by the company and the helper who had originally emailed us. My girlfriend and I have sent numerous emails and still nothing. Now we are left without the item and no refund. Do not buy from this company!!!!

My boyfriend ordered me the deluxe ring for our anniversary if came two weeks late after our anniversary already passed, when I got the ring Friday December 9th my finger started turning green immediately after wearing it I could also see the rings itself which had green all around it I have videos and pictures the next day the ring was already starting too tarnish mind you it’s been 3 full days , I want a full refund they are scamming people and saling fake costume jewelry you could buy off SHEIN for two dollars it’s horrible there’s no excuse for this other than their scamming there hard working customers and should be ashamed I will be making a report and proving all the other reviews and people they have scammed also all the reviews they try deleting and hiding I will also be leaving reviews on tik tok, instagram, facebook, whatever site I need to just to make sure they are not able to keep scamming people I don’t know why people don’t this stuff seriously.
