The package that arrived on January 30 with the ring to you after the return order number 8693 package number LA475775337NL, they keep deleting my reviews on Trustpilot because I quote (there was no such order with us) it's a joke, they don't respond to my messages on email WhatsApp on Instagram! Let everyone know what the company is like!! at the moment 1 star is too much… I am responding to the response the package was returned to the sender I did not even pick it up the courier company itself returned it to you after 14 days and I informed you about it everywhere, unfortunately no response so worry about it yourselves I have proof in the form of screenshots that the package was returned to you just so that you would reply to me somewhere other than on trustpilot:))) Im giving you guys last chance to respond me on anything whatsapp Instagram etc

So basically i put a review in here talking about how bad the support was, the review was shut down even tho i gave full information about my order. The same day they sent me a message and started telling me that i should pay some dumb bill of the duty or whatever idc cause thats not because of them. The problem is once again i have no more updates they don’t answer after months of silence i had right to 5 mins of their time and now im back to silence. I ordered a ring coasting 100$ and no one is answering. Stay away from this company and just go for something more trustworthy and reliable and honest.

Sevenssy has refused to get back to I or my partner. My partener ordered a ring for last month it still has not arrived on the 2 of march this year they said that it’s on its way to us since then we have not heard anything from them I’m absolutely appalled by their customer service i have tried several times to reach via emails , TikTok and other social media

Ik had de Heart Ring voor mijn vriendin besteld en er zit een barst in. Meerdere malen gemaild, geappt en gebeld maar geen reactie. Probeer al een maand contact op te nemen met ze maar ze negeren je gewoon. Bestel hier niet.

I'm completely unsatisfied with this company and its customer service managers. I haven't received any response since I ordered the ring. I've already sent tons of messages, but unfortunately, no reply. The main issue is that the package was supposed to arrive between March 7-8, but I can't even track it. There's no tracking number, and the tracking page doesn't work, and the customer service managers don't respond.

Numero ordine 4851 A mio parere non avrei dato neanche una stella è l'ennesima recensione negativa che faccio. Questo sito è solo una truffa dopo 5 mesi ancora non ho ricevuto il mio rimborso, ho scritto messaggi su messaggi al servizio clienti e la maggior parte senza risposta e le poche volte che mi hanno contattato mi hanno solo preso in giro.

Ich habe im Dezember 2024 einen Ring gekauft, der nicht gepasst hat und am 10.01.25 zurück geschickt an die Adresse die ich bekommen habe. Ich habe mich dann an Paypal gewandt, leider habe ich keine Unterstützung bekommen. Habe bis heute keine Rückmeldung geschweige denn eine Rückzahlung erhalten. Richtig miese Masche.
