Seven ColonialReviews of sevencolonial.com

I love my planter, very timely delivery, and wonderful packing.

Great experience from beginning to conclusion! Leon and John are kind plus generous with their customer care. They fulfilled their word at every junction of the $700+ transaction plus even outdid themselves for a surprising grand finale! Seven Stars to Seven Colonial, Leon and John, for the stellar customer experience! Thank you so much.

My wife and I ordered two lanterns with glass inserts. The glass inserts arrived broken. These were items that Seven Colonial sells on behalf of a manufacturer. It was the manufacturer's fault that they weren't packed correctly, NOT Seven Colonial's fault. I contacted customer service and Leon issued us a refund. Beyond that, we was interested in figuring out the issue so that this wouldn't happen to other people. THAT is where they went above and beyond. Where most companies may issue a refund simply to make the customer "go away", Leon and Seven Colonial went the extra step to make sure that this didn't happen to anyone else. They were also interested in making sure that the color and actual product matched the photos they were given by the manufacturer. It shows that really care about the products they carry, and their customers. Thanks Leon! We'll be shopping at Seven Colonial again for sure!
