Good quality product!
Good quality product, speedily shipped and perfectly packaged. Good idea to bag the packing peanuts, wish everyone would take that simple step and save me the stressful job of having to hold my dogs back from eating them while I clean them up.. I would certainly buy from this store again

No holes...?
I bought the planter for orchids that my husband got me for our anniversary. The pot they came in had no holes for drainage - it was more for looks of the arrangement. I wanted something rectangular and when I found this pot, I thought it was perfect. I looked everywhere on the description for drain holes, but found no help there. However, the picture did seem to show potted plants in the planter, so.... I bought it. Well, there are no holes I'm here to tell you, so my husband will be drilling some with a tile bit (gulp). Not the fault of the seller that I bought this knowing I was taking a chance, but I would've appreciated a slightly better description. The pot is beautiful - definitely expect a handcrafted look. I'll be keeping it. Hopefully it won't crack when he drills the holes!

Thanks for the helpful info. It turns out that none of the members of the Mulberry family have drainage holes, so we'll add a note to all our product listings. (Also, you can always call or email us if you have a question like that and we'll get you the answer as quickly as possible!)

Beautiful piece, but could have been cleaned before shipping
The carafe arrived on time as was as described. It's a beautiful piece and will be a great addition to my home bar. The only issue that I had was the immense dust and smudges on the glass. I assumed that the carafe might have been on display inn the store for some time, but feel that the store could have taken the extra time to clean the carafe before shipping.

I just wanted to assure you that we don't have a physical store and the decanter came directly from the importer's original packaging to you with minimal handling on our part. We inspect each one to be sure the glass has no flaws and to be sure the top fits properly (these are handmade, so sometimes they don't). Your review reminds us that we also need to hold each glass item up to the light and polish it if it's dusty or smudged. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this very helpful review!

Super Impressed!
I had never heard of Seven Colonial but placed the order because I was desperate to get some alpaca throws that were sold out everywhere else and boy was I pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience. Not only did both throws arrive the very next day, but they were in perfect condition and the shipping was FREE! (added bonus) I will definitely be ordering from them again and again. Thank you Seven Colonial!
