Very disappointing experience with Seus Lighting. Our fixture was professionally installed, worked properly for about two weeks, and then failed. Two professional electricians independently confirmed the issue is with the fixture, not the installation or electrical supply. Other fixtures installed by the same electricians are working properly. Despite this, Seus Lighting refused to replace or refund the defective fixture without additional photos that would require another paid electrician visit. They also refused to reimburse that expense and claimed we had “failed to secure the evidence on site,” even though the fixture worked normally when installed. We expected the company to stand behind its product. Instead, the warranty process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. We would not purchase from Seus Lighting again.

I had a positive experience. I bought a stairway chandelier, and it arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition. I had previously read reviews stating that the instructions were not in English and the electrical components were not wired for the US system. Knowing this, I contacted the company right after placing my order to request English instructions and US-compatible lighting. They guaranteed they would accommodate this, and they came through for me. The quality completely took me aback because it is exceptional. It features very heavy glass globes along with high-quality brass trim and fittings. It is definitely high-end and not cheaply made. However, I don't like how they lead you to believe they are based in Wyoming. My order shipped directly from China, so this is a drop-shipping operation. Be aware of that fact. If something goes wrong, I am not entirely sure how they would handle a return since you are absolutely not dealing with a USA-based company. Additionally, I ran a scan and discovered they use an internal review system. Do not rely solely on the reviews on their website to make your decision, as those can easily be manipulated. I did contact after it shipped because they said I would receive on Friday and on Wednesday it was still in Japan. That was when I learned it was not coming from WY. The next day it was in Alaska and on Friday it arrived! Frankly, I couldnt believe it. They fulfilled the transaction beautifully with no issues. Note: they never did respond to my tracking question or follow up. They get a 5 star because all went well and the product is great.

Scam. Don't walk run from these people. Also Amazon has everything they have but way less money. This company is just a fraud. If you read the five star reviews on here....they are super sus . The other single star reviews are 💯 true.

I am a custom home builder and this fixture in quality of the build and material is far from advertised. First, the fixture came destroyed and Seus was willing to do absolutely nothing over a $5,000 fixture. Our homes take 12-24 months to complete and we work hard to have all of our fixtures and details ordered and safely in storage well before we need them (many times, months before our need date, or longer). That was the case with this fixture, and when we went to open the shipping box, which was not damaged, we found the fixture broken and in many pieces. We had no indication there was an issue with the fixture because the package was in good shape. We reached out to Seus with little to no response in the beginning and then once we pressed, they said we're out of luck because it's outside of their window - very frustrating. The fixture just looks cheap - certainly not $5,000. The metal work is cheap and it is poorly welded. It is advertised as having glass shades and they were plastic, and all of the LED components were ripped out of their fittings. They are selling cheap fixtures with quality visuals and hoping people don't realize the difference. Very VERY disappointed. Do not trust this company, their service and values, or their products. Very unprofessional.

Everything was perfect. The delivery was very fast and the product quality was excellent.
