SerwallReviews of serwalloutdoor.com

Great and easy transaction, the products are competitively priced and quality is excellent. Look forward to purchasing additional pieces for our outdoors from them.

Love the furniture..The problem is that the grey cushions look dark on the website but look like khaki in person. Need better photo’s or swatches you can order. It looks great on our deck. We bought 2 sofa’s 4 piece conversation and dining table with 6 chairs. You should offer replacement cushions to purchase too.

Shipment was late, did not have 1st color choice, missing one small part. Chair seems good and sturdy.

I was mistakenly sent a returned chair with damage, but they made the effort to get it corrected and send another. The one issue was that they originally offered to discount the price, which was not a good option for someone that ordered a new chair and wants what was ordered.

Great product. Fast shipping. Fair pricing. Could improve order update communications.

Happy with the product! My handyman put it together, and he said it wasn’t difficult and was well organized.

horrible return process, totally dishonest

fast delivery, easy to put together, very well made
