While the speed wasn't bad, customer service doesn't respond to questions you ask with actual answers. They also send emails about your device all out of order and demand you return a device they already have over and over and over. Each email requesting the device they already have will also threaten to charge you full price to replace it. EVENTUALLY they acknowledge they have it, but until then they will blow up your email with stressful, threatening emails.

Horrendous experience trying to get screen crack repaired with samsung care+ and my zfold4. First in person repair could not find repair claim, then i sent in for mail service and it has been sitting at depot for over 7 days, and they automatically canceled the repair request becuase depot is so backed up. I am leaving Samsung and moving to Apple because of this poor service.
