Would give them zero if I could
Would give them zero if I could. They're unresponsive and send the same email and text that they're working on the claim over and over again. They don't answer the phone. Awful customer service

Extremely disappointed with ServeCo's warranty service. I purchased a protection plan expecting coverage, but my claim was denied under a minor policy exclusion. It feels like they look for every loophole possible to avoid paying out or fixing the furniture. Do not waste your money on their protection plans."

We bought a chase lounge sofa back in April 26,from Woodstock furniture in meridian they offered the insurance on the couch from serv co for 50.00 we took it in May we had a Smoke hole in the chase lounge, I called y'all serv co for months sent y'all all the pictures you needed and I talked to one of the guys he said the chase lounge was delivered to Woodstock warehouse on July 4th, I called Woodstock and talked to someone and they did not send the new chase lounge cushion all I've received has been lies from serv co. This isn't right I will never buy any more furniture and put serv co insurance on it cause they do not honor there word that 50.00 was just wasted and they lie!!! I will contact my lawyer.... This has been so stressful and upsetting.

I am appalled by the Lazy Boy salesperson who told me to wait to the end of the warranty to claim the damage and by SERVECO, who sells the extended warranties that hold the value of toilet paper. The can't explain why the legs of my sofa fell off, though it sits in one place, but took over 3 months to tell me I don't qualify and cannot fix them I thought LaZy Boy was a good brand, but the sofa has sagged and the legs fell off in less than 5 years, and the ServeCo warranty does not cover the damage at all Disappointing, frustrating, not acting in good faith are the kindest descriptions I would give this company #ServeCoSUCKS #NEVERBUYALAZYBOY #LAZYWORKERSWHODONTCAREABOUTCUSTOMERS

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star out of 5. They are a complete scam and completely unwilling to help you or work with you. I spent a LOT of money for a warranty they would do nothing for. Pathetic! I hope no one ever purchases a warranty with them!

If I could give this company a 1/2 star I would. We paid for their Total Protection Worry Free 5 year furniture warranty only to find 3 years later that it doesnt cover threads that are pulled, allowing the couch cushion to tear away from the seat back of the couch. According to them they cover burn holes from cigarettes but they dont cover broken or pulled stitching. Worse is Jennifer Furniture who we purchased the $7,000 couch from and who sold us this crappy plan. It should be called " Partial Protection Concern Required".

Bought a Joybird sofa & coverage. Made a claim on the Saturday of a holiday weekend after found dog'd peed the prior day. It's covered. But it get denied. My guess is there's auto denial ServeCo's business model is to deny. It's all there - ambiguous contractual language, claims process where they don't ask for details, not adjusted for the item yr claiming on, no intelligence on the process, no appeal details etc. Use claude to run thru policy, timeline, Joybird's own info so i can write something using their own terminology. Claim was denied as "photos submitted showed cleaner damage". They never asked when & where I used the cleaner. The pee had soaked into the upholstery backing & foam inserts & there was no stain, so put some on the fabric's inside to c if it wld help. Cleaner type's what Joybird says is ok to use & it's pet smell not stain remover. If it's the only coverage offered, then use Claude or some LLM b4 y even submit a claim. ServCo is guessing you'll panic, submit immediately & deny you til you give up. Just like private health insurance in the USA
