I talked with Steven, today. And he went over all my payment history since I had been behind a month. He helped find the extra Money that was sent to the principal oof the loan. OMG HOW HAPPY WE ARE!! Only have to pay a lot less for September due to extra payment. I was lost making that extra payment but Steven went above and beyond to see where that mistake had been and found it. Totally sorry for the bad review before, I was just so furious. But ServBank employee Steven, YOU ARE THE BEST!! I will refer you to anyone who asks. Thank you once again ServBank for finding that little miss stake that let us breathe again. Surprisingly very easy to deal with. Ran was knowledgeable and patient as I asked my many questions setting up my new account when my mortgage was sold. Very pleased

Finally I reached a supervisor by the name of Mary who straightened out my situation. She was kind and informative. I had been hung up on several times with people overseas. I had a supervisor who was supposed to call me back that I called twice and was told he would return my call. He did not. Terrible service with overseas Serbank. However, Mary is a keeper!

I was happy to not be put on hold for God knows how long. .They picked up within one minute, had my account in front of them and got my questions answered quickly.. wow, companies in the US can actually understand what customer service means....
