She was extremely professional, patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly with a grounded tone of voice that made me feel so much better about my situation. We had a unique situation with our escrow account and I have some detailed questions when I called. The customer service rep I spoke to was bar far the most knowledgeable person I have interacted with at Servbank. I believe his name was Jameer. He was patient with my questions, gave thorough and accurate answers and just knew what he was talking about. I wish I had a direct line for him that I could call when needed!
