If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never sent my $60 order for books for students with autism and now they aren’t responding to my emails. If they redeem themselves, I’ll update my review but as of now, they are thieves. Update: I did ultimately receive my order a month after the order was placed. That being said, their response to delay was poor and I would never order from them again. So not thieves, just a poorly operated business.

They are absolute crooks ! Show a box of 10 ostomy clips. I order 4 boxes, they sent me 4 individual clips and charged over $60. They are plastic and maybe 2 1/2 inches long. Taking advantage of a disabled senior is disgusting. There are many complaints at the Better Business Bureau. Most are for the same thing. They should be ashamed.it is the most disgusting scam I have ever had happen to me. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Ho acquistato online un postemobile casa web. Siccome non forniva il servizio internet, ma il ruder sembrava impallato, sebbene il ripetitore è vicino casa, ho restituito il tutto nei 14 giorni consentiti. Da allora, agosto 2022 ad oggi,marzo 2023, postemobile continua a mandare fatture ed ha incarico serfin per recupero crediti; serfin ha fatto le sue insistenti richieste ed ha continuato ad insistere senza tenere conto delle mie informazioni del recesso dal contratto. Ho scritto un reclamo con altroconsumo ed hanno dato una risposta per mostrare, al pubblico, un intervento,ma nel gruppo firma scrive chiudendo la risposta non con un nome e cognome e titolo, ma con "serfin97srl",quasi a nascondere e tutelare chi agisce. Io ho scritto con tutti i miei dati e serfin97 srl poteva fare lo stesso. Ovvio che quando chiamate e non vi identificate non parlate con nessuno. Società recupero credito che non ha rispetto per nessuno, loro operatori inclusi. Non date confidenza a serfin97 srl, carpisce e serpeggia ai danni della buona fede dei soggetti che contatta, a volte (come successo con me) per recuperare crediti inesistenti. Nel mio caso appare esserci un giro vizioso con complicità tra serfin97 e poste italiane che creano spese sebbene hanno le carte per chiudere il contenzioso,scrivo questo come conclusione tratta da mia precedente esperienza di UPG. Se non può maturare guadagno perché continuare a disturbare le persone? Vi ricordo che con il passaparola è le recensioni sarà la vostra immagine a pagare il conto. Chiedo a chi legge, se presente un operatore UPG oppure operatore A.G. di soffermarsi su eventuali danni perpetrati nei confronti di Poste Italiane. Tanto per amore di decenza.

Please avoid any business with this company. Products are misleadingly advertised/posted. Once product is ordered, only part of the product is delivered. Did not accept return of product and offered a partial refund. Charged nearly $20 for a product valued under $2 locally.

Crappy company. Lists items they don't have and can't get. Make you wait a month and then cancel your order.

Scam alert! Ordered a rollator walker through Medicare. It only comes with a hand brake but ABC charges $25 extra for it and lists it as miscellaneous on Medicare submission. Medicare won’t pay for miscellaneous items. ABC keeps billing me for the brake. This company sucks!

Do NOT trust this company! Cancelled my order after 2 weeks of waiting. Zero communication. Stay away!

On April 27 I placed an order for a product I needed for a major surgery I was having on May 18. Their website says it takes 3-5 business days for processing for shipping. On May 5 I emailed asking when the item would ship. They stated it would be 2 more weeks. On May 16 I emailed again & they said it would ship in 3-5 days. Finally received the product on May 24. It was the entire wrong product. I asked for a refund. They stated I would get it after I returned the product. Product was received by them via FedEx. I have yet to receive a refund. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, etc.
