This is a new company & I took a risk trying their product with few reviews when they were starting out. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were in making sure I had a color match I was happy with to start. The first color I received was far too light but they sent me a different shade right away. I have been using it for months now & my skin looks & feels amazing! It doesn't look or feel like I am wearing any foundation at all & hides all flaws, blemishes, & redness beautifully! I recently placed another order & they sent the wrong color. This was corrected & new order was sent right away. Kim was very responsive & helpful. The shipping does take a little while (sometimes 1 to 2 weeks) but it always arrives! Just order ahead of running out & it isn't a problem. You won't be disappointed if you decide to try this amazing product! It is good for skin of all ages! So glad I decided to give it a try & won't be using anything else!

The Company offers an excellent help to the costumer. In my case I ordered a wrong color to the product, I talked to them and they prompt corrected my mistake sending me the right color. The product does what is announced, leaves the skin with a soft and hydrated feeling. The product takes a little long to arrive. Be patient.

I did order a shade to light (Buff Beige) in the beginning but then reordered the correct shade which for me is Warm Honey. Today I came across 3 jars of it and sent them an email asking if it would be possible to exchange them. They responded immediately, even though it’s Sunday, and said they’d already prepared my new order replacement and it would ship out immediately and that I could keep the lighter shade and gift them to my friends. THAT is customer service!! I really love this Elixir & Cream! Great product! ❤️

Sobre o produto: Comprei o Elixir Cream, embora seja de cobertura leve/média, dá um toque de suavidade e conforto desde a primeira aplicação. Torna a pele mais uniforme, disfarça pequenas rugas, como diz a Serentia, a tua pele só que melhor. O aplicador faz toda a diferença, o conceito da embalagem protege o produto e evita desperdício, recomendo vivamente a experiência. Sobre o serviço: De 1 a 10, eu dou 11. A cor do Elixir Cream era demasiado clara para o meu tom de pele, num comentário feito por mim sobre estar insatisfeita com a escolha da cor, a Serentia redpondeu-me com a intenção de resolver a situação e tornar a minha experiência boa. E foi exatamente o que fez com rapidez, eficiência, eficácia, fiquei muito surpreendida pela positiva com este serviço pós venda e apoio ao cliente, algumas empresas de maior volume e impacto comercial deviam ter a Serentia como exemplo. Tal como disse na altura, até julguei me ter enganado e enviado um email para o Pai Natal, tal foi a boa surpresa. Parabéns pela postura e pilares na vossa política de vendas e apoio ao cliente. I like that they emailed me to ask if I had any questions. I did, I wasn't sure how long it would take for my order to arrive. I got a response almost immediately that answered my question and put my mind at rest.
