As others stated already there is literally NO coverage at all with this product. It's so sheer that all the age spots and blemishes are very much visible. The videos on social media where they seem to cover even tattoos with it are totally a SCAM.
Truly a waste of money!

Another skin product scam
Another skin product scam. Doesn’t do anything to my skin. I have age spots all over my face. And my skin looks exactly the same before and after application of this product. The show video when it covers some lipstick and markers lines. It’s an AI video, not the true life. But I can blame only myself for believing in this crap.
I am just wondering from where and from whom all the positive reviews are coming 🤔

Paid and never recieved product! Beware!
Absolutely horrible company and experience! I paid for the buy one get one free makeup product and recieved nothing! Customer service refuses to provide a refund, emails once, then I never heard from them ever again! They took my money and didnt provide a product! If they respond to this review, its just for show. They won't actually do anything about the issue. The company just wants to appear to be legitimate so more people purchase products! BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. In fact SERENTIA will recycle the same message apologizing for you not receiving the product but they will NEVER refund your money. As far as I am concerned they are cheats and they continue to lie telling me they have re shipped the product and when you click on the tracking number, it’s a bogus shipment. They can keep my money because it’s been a very stressful transaction with SERENTIA.

Worst foundation ever but keep those containers
Worst foundation ever but the containers i love i discovered there’s 2 lid compartments , i just washed them out and added my own bb cream and put the Holey lid back on but still just such a waste of money i regret buying 2 to get the free one and the 3rd one half price still costed me almost $70!! Never buy from these their cooked🙄

No refund
The products were shipped from China and took nearly three weeks to arrive. I didn’t receive a tracking number, so I had no idea when they would be delivered. Eventually, they arrived, but unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with them.
I requested a full refund, which the seller agreed to and confirmed they would process. However, it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received any refund. I’ve been repeatedly asking when I’ll get my money back, but my emails are ignored and I haven’t received any reply.
I’ll keep pursuing the refund, but it’s exhausting. I asked where to return the products, but they told me to keep them and assured me I’d still get a refund. I suspect they think I chose to keep the products, which is why they haven’t processed the refund. That’s just my guess, but either way, it’s a waste of money since I don’t want to keep them.
If you're unsure about buying their products, don’t risk it, because once they have your money, you probably won't get it back.

Just received my purchase of Serentia Elixir+Cream products, tried it on straight away, I must say that it is nothing like what their advertised, it does not cover blemishes, doesn't matter how many times i apply it, this product is nothing more than just a tinted moisturiser, it does feel light on the skin and not sticky, but coverage wise its less than the average foundation. Sorry this is just a trial for me, I won't be buying more in the future, and I will just use this as a tinted moisturiser not an actual foundation, if you want good coverage on your skin, this is not it, they just made the add so impressive, they will definetely get a lot of first time buyers but not much return buyers, i do not recommend it at all. Buy something else. The videos show on their advertisement is not true as it will not completely cover a marker or a texter if you try how they show the videos like theirs. Videos looks impressive but in reality Serentia is not they claimed to be, Stick to being like a tinted moisturiser dont fool people just for this company to make money.
