I ordered the ivory colour in error because I didn’t know then there were other shades of the cream😎 , however, I have tried and it smells really nice 👌. I since contacted the the company and asked for an advice. The team promptly replied with offering the correct shade free of charge !!😀 i was absolutely impressed 🥰 . Waiting for it to be delivered . Overall, it’s a good products. It is. National look and people told me my face look glowing and I really love it and I will be ordering again and again also I had a two of them so I give it to one of my niece and she loved it. She said she was going to order her herself.

I am a new customer and they have treated me really well in terms of helping me with any issues I had after purchasing, I will definitely recommend this to others, but make sure you find your true colour before purchasing.

This product did not suit my complexion and unfortunately they don't do anything for yellow tone skin. However the customer service has been prompt and helpful and they have said I will get a full refund. Hopefully the money returns back in my account quickly.

The product is very natural to your skin and you do not feel like you're wearing Foundation. Customer service was great too. When I didn't get right color match they immediately corrected and sent a replacement at no extra cost. My only negative is that the product needs more variations of shades/tones so minus the 1 star.

I bought the Serenity Elixir + Cream mainly to cover my hyperpigmentation & because of the positive qualities of the product. I chose Buff Beige shade because beige shades normally suit my skin. Unfortunately though this shade gave me no coverage. I reached out to the Customer Support Team from Serentia who explained that choosing the right shade is important in covering hyperpigmentation. To my surprise they offered me the opportunity to choose another shade at no extra cost. So I look forward to receiving & using the new shade of the product. By the way I love that the Elixir + Cream comes with a mushroom shaped applicator which makes the product easy to use. Overall a good experience from the Serentia Shop.

Fantastic customer service. I had chosen a colour that was too light for my complexion and they sorted me very quickly. Everyone was most helpful.

Beautiful product my only fault was ordering the colours that would suit me more in winter. Postage seemed to take a long time but it was worth the wait!
