Great customer service!!!i ordered the wrong shade ,emailed customer service and they responded immediately. They sent a new order said that I could keep the lighter shade and gift them to my friends. THAT is customer service!! I really love this Elixir & Cream! Great product! ❤️Happy

I ordered the Serentia Elixir+ Cream × 2. I like the creamy texture; however, the shade was just a little too dark. I requested an exchange for a lighter shade, and the response from Serentia was quick. They placed a new order at no charge for a lighter shade. Customer service is excellent. I look forward to receiving the new shade.

A really lovely product, lovely on the skin, light but good coverage. Lasts all day. Also lasts a long time with everyday usage. Love this product that’s why I’ve re-ordered.

My experience with Serentia Shop was excellent! I send email and next morning I got my reply and my concern addressed and solve !!! Never had that before with any other company! Pleasantly surprised!

Fantastic customer service

This product is beautiful. It goes on smoothly (I use a makeup brush instead of the sponge it comes with) and blends like a dream. Looks like skin and not a coverup. It’s buildable and doesn’t cake into lines. I do need to use coverup if I have a blemish as it is sheer, but it doesn’t close pours and I love that it also has some built in sun protection. (I still use a block under it because I like to protect my skin from the sun and UV as much as possible) It’s the only makeup I’ve found that does what I want plus treats my skin like skin care at the same time.
