I really like the product….it’s light and makes my skin feel great. Shipping did take a long time, I reached out to the company and they immediately responded with a tracking link. When I finally received the product it was smashed. After opening it, only the application brush was broken. Again, I reached out and they asked me for pictures. I just received an email that they are replacing my entire order! Great company and customer service! Happy to share my thoughts!

At first I was skeptical because shipping took a couple weeks, the tracking number that came with my order didn't work and I was reading all kinds of "potential scam site" reviews. However my BOGO order finally came and while the color match wasn't 100% perfect initially, the cream itself is very nice! No, it doesn't give me a filtered look like some of the videos show, but I'm also older and have some skin issues. I will say this product feels so much better on my skin than any foundation I have ever used and my face looks brighter and feels good while wearing and even after taking it off. I've even slept in it (accidentally) and while I tend to break out super easy, I don't with this product which is both weird for me and amazing! I will actually order again, but it would be great if they sold on Amazon as I like to be able to track my orders and possibly pay for faster shipping next time :)

Unfortunately I did not see results with a product I tried. But Serentia was able to make me happy and gave me a partial discount. Thank you to Kim who helped me tremendously.

The customer service is second to none. It was a shame as I didn’t reduce Withey I ordered, however within 3 email exchanges I received a new order with the correct shades. Just awaiting delivery now but cannot fault the customer service department.

I found this company so quick and easy to communicate with! I ordered a shade that ended up being too light for my skin tone and when I reached out they immediately sent out the right shade free of charge. Customer service like this is rare and the new shade matches perfectly- I’m loving this product

I found it lovely to apply and it definitely does not irritate my skin. I've not once had any flare ups on my skin since using it. The only reason it's not getting a 5 star is because it doesn't stay on all day and doesn't cover red patches completely. Other than that I'll definitely keep using it and I have just ordered for my daughter who is starting to break out in pimples and I know this won't aggravate her skin further. Thank you.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong shades. Customer service was excellent and is sending 2 new ones for me to try! They are fantastic!!

I ordered the ivory color, which turned out to be too light, left a message at the company and got a quick response. They offered to send out my next color at no charge, and I didn’t have to send my product back. Was told to past the first jars to my friends and family to see if they would like the product and my new order was being shipped out. At this time I would highly recommend this product.
