Review: I haven't even received my product yet, but I have to say—this is hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced! I accidentally ordered two different colors and immediately reached out to see if I could fix the mistake. The company (Jessica Sanders Customer Support ) responded right away, letting me know my order had already shipped, but they offered to send me a return label so I could send back the color I didn’t want. Then, they went above and beyond by sending me the correct color for free! It’s rare to find a company that truly prioritizes its customers like this. Their quick response, generosity, and willingness to make things right without any hassle have earned them a lifelong customer. If their product is as good as their service, I know I’m going to love it. Highly recommend!

I waited only 5 days for the order to arrive. I was really skeptical of the product’s quality, as it does not have much reviews or social media channels. But the price was worth to try and check the product after seeing the good product composition. I really think they are getting started, and therefore the plastic of the product looks quite cheap, but it’s fair I guess to cover a good product production costs, maybe this is in future scope improvements. Also I ordered an offer with 2 tones (1 was free), and it also perfectly matches for creating some face shades and for summer bronzed skin. By now, can only say I recommend it! And I am normally not a reviews writer, but I am happy with it and will probably order again at some point.

I waited not too much for order, when I checked the product I was surprised, because usually we are sceptical about some new brands… but checking the list of ingredients I discovered that there are no harmful ingredients, only bio and that made me satisfied. Customer service also good

I love the product, it's light, matches my skin tone well and doesn't fee like I'm slapping make-up on. But what I love about this company is it's customer service - it's above and beyond. On my first order I realised I'd picked the wrong shade. I emailed to ask if there was any way of swapping for the correct colour, only for my order to arrive that day. So I chalked it down to a silly error on my part. However, they responded and said they'd send me the correct colour free of charge if I was happy to pass on the wrong colour to someone who could use it and spread the word about their brand. I was amazed, and more than happy to rave about them for this alone. Great job, Serentia!

Great product. Works as well as my expensive ones and for a fraction of the price. The colour matches really well as well. Comes with a cute brush and love that it comes in a compact with a built in mirror. Love!

This was my first order and I selected the wrong color. I got in touch with customer service and they replaced them right away. The color is perfect and the coverage is fantastic!
